Return Process
Before returning the item, please send a request of return to our Customer Service team. Our team will acknowledge and accept your request to return and advise the assigned return location. You must return the merchandise to the assigned location within 7 days and take reasonable care of all Goods both in your possession and in process of transfer/delivery, including but not limited to the appropriate package to avoid damage. Our Customer Service team will inspect the merchandise and advise on the refund eligibility. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed upon receipt of your returned item(s). In the event that the Return Parcel does not reach us within this time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Refund Policy
Once your return has been received and inspected, our Customer Service team will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back into your account via the original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take up to 14 working days from the date we receive your returned item(s).
