Delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery service within Malaysia with a minimum spend of RM300.
Here are the shipping rates for different shipping zones:
West Malaysia RM10 | East Malaysia RM15
Deliveries usually take 5 – 7 working days for Malaysia after the order is dispatched and will be delivered by a courier. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Under exceptional circumstances, orders may take longer than the published timings to be delivered.
We only offer standard shipping in Malaysia.
We are not able to dispatch orders without an invoice.
You can choose to have your order delivered to a business/office address. However, please be aware that we are unable to accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel once the delivery has been made.
You may check your spam folders from your email.
If you still have not received any emails please contact us.
Please check for the email in your spam folders of your inbox. You can also view your dispatch notifications by logging into your account.
If you have not received a notification and your account does not show that your order has been dispatched after 24 hours, please contact us *form*.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Please contact our Customer Service team if you wish to arrange for the items to be picked up at the store.
We are unable to change the delivery address on orders once the checkout process has been completed.
Returns
There are no exchange options available for now; you may return within 7 days. Please refer to our return policy here.
We offer free returns within Malaysia. Kindly read the Returns Policy before returning the item.

Please check your return tracking information to see if we have received your return. Once received please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed upon receipt of your returned item(s). You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
In the event that the Return Parcel does not reach us within this time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Store Policies
If you are unhappy with a purchase you have made from one of our stores, you can
return it to any of our stores in the original condition with a valid proof of purchase for
a refund or an exchange within 14 days of purchase.
No refund is allowed at the moment. You may return it at the same store you have purchased with a valid proof of purchase for an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Exchange is applicable for the same style with different sizes subject to availability.

For items bought in our Malaysia stores, you can return them to our store in Malaysia within 14 days for a refund, an exchange, providing the item is unused/unworn, its original condition and proof of purchase can be provided.
Acceptable proof of purchase includes your original purchase receipt or a credit/debit card statement showing the transaction.
Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear, bra, swimwear, socks, jewellery, accessories (applies to watches, caps & scarves) and cosmetics.
This returns policy does not cover gift cards, products bought from third party retailers (including concessions and franchise stores); products bought outside Malaysia and personalized or altered products.
If you have bought the items from a National Geographic store outside Malaysia, please contact the specific store or refer to your receipt for terms and conditions.
