MALAYSIA RETURNS
You can return your items to us by post.
If you change your mind about any product in your order, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund. However, if your returned product was part of an order with other items qualifying for threshold promotions or offers, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund.
Disclaimer: The "Change of Mind" return policy applies only to items purchased at full price. "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return, either online or in-store, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and complete with the price tag. Returns will not be accepted if the price tag has been removed.
PLEASE NOTE - It is your responsibility to ensure your items reach our premises; we will not take responsibility for them until we accept delivery.
The original delivery charge is non-refundable.
Disclaimer: Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item received is incorrect. All sale items are sold "as is" and may have non-superficial imperfections. Exchange, return, refund, after-sales service, and alterations on sale items will not be accepted.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service team to request a return. Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with the designated return location. You must return the merchandise to this location within 7 days and take reasonable care of the items during your possession and throughout the return process. This includes using appropriate packaging to prevent damage.
Upon receiving the returned item(s), our Customer Service team will inspect the merchandise and determine refund eligibility. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. If the return parcel does not reach us within the specified time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for your order, including the cost of returning the merchandise to our head office in Malaysia. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost parcels during the return process.
REFUND PAYMENTS:
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return and verify the items. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your original order. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
